Cut down on manual work with our new AI-powered importer. Upload flight, cruise, and hotel PDFs or screenshots, and watch as key details are automatically converted into itinerary items.
Now, you can designate a single recipient to fill out forms for the entire group. Even better, you can assign different forms to different travelers if needed.
Make it easier for new clients to reach you by sharing form links on social media or via email. For example, you can now post a Client Inquiry form link directly on your Facebook or Instagram.
Find this option in your form template—just click the blue "Get form link" button in the upper right corner.
Manage multiple itinerary items at once
Use checkboxes to delete, duplicate, or hide multiple itinerary items, saving you time and effort.
Offer multiple trip options for approval
Make client decision-making a breeze by presenting several trip options in smart proposals for easy approvals.
Retain your board/list view preference
Your choice of board or list view for contacts will now be saved for future sessions.
Archive itineraries and smart proposals
You can archive an itinerary or smart proposal on the trip's Files tab. This will disable any shared links and remove it from the Itineraries app.
Updates to group trip management
You can now add travelers in your group without requiring them to register via your group booking page. You can also archive a group booking page.
