October was packed with exciting enhancements across our core CRM, itinerary, and payments features. Here’s a quick look at what’s new!
Itineraries are now sporting a cleaner, easier-to-navigate client view. The updated design features expandable descriptions and a sidebar for quick access, helping clients view trip details with less scrolling.
When you upload a client’s passport photo, the key details will now automatically save to their profile. You’ll also see an alert icon on their profile as the expiration date nears, with a yellow badge one year out and a red badge when it's expired.
Stay up-to-date on new messages with real-time notifications on your dashboard. You'll get alerts for messages from clients and suppliers, as well as time-sensitive actions like paid invoices, approved proposals, and submitted forms.
Last month, we introduced the AI-powered Magic Importer to streamline itinerary creation. Now, this feature includes activities, too! You can upload PDFs or screenshots for things like tours, events, or outdoor adventures, and they’ll instantly appear as editable items on your itineraries.
As a first step to pave the way for more updates to group bookings soon, you can now create shared group itineraries. You can then share it to all (or some) travelers directly from the itinerary itself or from the files tab.
It's now easier to get your clients from point A to point B. No more jumping between websites to find suppliers—save time and get it all done directly in the itinerary builder. Plus, you’ll earn 8% commission on every booking.
Board view: Now you can see all your items by day in a visual, drag-and-drop format. Rearrange your itinerary or proposal in seconds, making adjustments easier than ever.
Drag-and-drop from your library: You can now add items from your library directly into specific spots on your proposal or itinerary with just a simple drag-and-drop.
Quality-of-life fix: Duplicating items now keeps them in the same section as the original—no more scrolling to the bottom to find your duplicates.
Send automatic confirmation emails for proposal approvals
In addition to showing a confirmation page when a client approves a proposal, you can now also send them an email.
View and export form responses
On form templates, you can now view all responses in a table format. You can then export it as a CSV or Excel file, or print the entire table.
New "authorized" status for invoices
Invoices now display an "authorized" status instead of "paid" if payments are authorized, but not all marked as paid yet.
Separate templates for direct and supplier invoices
You can now make what happens after paying or authorizing an invoice clearer to clients using separate confirmation templates for direct and supplier invoices.
